Troy has worked with a number of businesses and not-for-profits developing internal capability and strategy resulting in significant grant and other funding being awarded.  He has shaped state and federal policy changes, and in 2020 Troy secured an $8m COVID-19 industry fiscal support package from the Commonwealth government.  He has extensive experience in delivering significant outcomes across planning, health, environment, natural resources, transport, infrastructure, and treasury portfolios.
